Western Cape Virtual Regatta

Human Nature calls us to engage with one another.  Intrinsically rowers are competitive in nature, searching for the thrill of side by side racing.


Western Cape Rowing challenges you to chase the urge, in a series of indoor ergo competitions, over 4 weeks.

 

Rules:

  1. Once a week: you are required to complete an ergometer challenge.

  2. Submission Deadline: each week will be Saturday at 2 pm!

  3. Submission Format: Website submission weekly*

  4. Registration: Closes 6th of March.

End Date: 27th March

Week 2: 8th - 13th March = 750m

Week 3: 15th - 20th March = Power! Lowest Split in 60 seconds.

Week 4: 22nd - 27th March = 1km
